Many people have requested that I share more pictures of my meals and post some vegan/whole-food plant-based recipes. Today, I’d like to share a recipe for Dijon, Lemon, and Tahini Dressing. I use this regularly on my salads.
3 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp tahini paste
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Black pepper to taste
½ cup water
Put all the ingredients into a small jar. Close tightly and shake vigorously. The dressing can thicken overnight, so add water as needed. I’ve also tried this with spicy mustard and a 50/50 mix of Dijon and spicy mustard.
I drizzle it on top of my salad, which consists of lettuce, tomato, onion, shredded carrots, cucumber, yellow pepper, avocado, chickpeas, and a sprinkle of sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, and raisins.

Does the dressing have to be kept refrigerated?
